Yukon Chamber of Mines Project Management team for Geoscience, a Trade Show and Investment Forum event held November 19th to 22nd 2023 and Yukon Night an evening at AMEBC Roundup to be held on Monday January 22nd 2024.
Project Description: The primary purpose of this job will be to project manage the GeoScience Forum & Tradeshow November 19th to 22nd 2023 and Yukon Night at AMEBC Roundup January 22nd 2024. The project manager/management team will ensure the four-day event and the one-night event provides opportunities for the Yukon mining industry and public outreach. They will ensure at Geoscience that the Technical & Non-Technical Talks, Investment Forum, Yukon Chamber of Mines Reception and Award banquet events are well organized and well attended.

The selected vendor will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing a comprehensive social media strategy for the Yukon Chamber of Mines.

Yukon Chamber of Mines Consolidation of Current Websites and Website Development
Project Description: We are seeking proposals for a one-year contract, from experienced vendors to consolidate our multiple websites into one comprehensive platform. Our organization currently has several websites that were developed independently, resulting in inconsistencies in design, functionality, and user experience. We want to unify all the websites under one platform to provide a consistent, seamless user experience for our members.
