With more than twenty years’ experience in the Yukon mining sector, Colin Asselstine has worked as an operational and project manager, business owner, and leader in the private sector, and with Yukon First Nation governments.
As General Manager of the Kluane Community Development Limited Partnership, Colin partners with government and industry for the enhancement of local economic opportunities and the attraction of investment to the Kluane First Nation. A well-respected authority on renewable energy, Colin is also a long-time resident of the Kluane Region and an active member of the community. He sits on the Dän Keyi Renewable Resource Council and is a frequent community volunteer, including more than 15 years with Yukon Emergency Medical Services.
